Interlube Corporation manufactures a complete line of mineral oil and synthetic based chain lubricants for many applications and industries, including food grade and high temperature operations. We manufacture lubricants for chains in ovens, assembly machinery, bottle and can manufacturing, freezers, painting equipment, industrial staged washers and dryers, material handling equipment, road and construction machinery, marine, railroad, mining, aircraft field handling, amusement rides, automatic chain systems, etc. We offer chain lubricants for use on oven chains, bearings, conveyors, slides, sprockets, chain saws, cutter bars, hoist chains, link and roller assemblies, and many other applications. Some of our chain lubricants contain graphite or molybdenum disulfide. We have chain lubricants that can be applied manually, by central lubrication systems, and by spray applications.

Bio-Cinn NF 220

a multi-viscosity, multi-purpose, biodegradable lubricant, designed for heavy duty industrial applications.  Its inherently superior thermal and oxidation stability, coupled with outstanding anti-oxidants, EP, and anti-wear agents, far exceeds the capabilities of conventional lubricants.

Chain Lube 250 MHT

is a special mineral oil-based chain lubricant that contains a unique synthetic additive and molybdenum disulfide. It is performs extremely well on most chains and is formulated to handle high temperatures. This low viscosity lubricant allows the additives and moly to penetrate every part of the chain; thus delivering an excellent synthetic, high temperature, moly-containing film.

Chain Saw Bar Oil 136 W

is a specially formulated chain saw lubricant designed to extend the life of the bar, chain and sprocket on chain saws. The EP, polymer and other additives in this lubricant give it excellent wetting characteristics allowing it to reach all areas that need lubrication and reduces the wear on all parts of the saw. Its tackiness helps it to adhere to the chain at high speeds encountered while in operation.

Cinnfluid AW+1

products are multi-purpose, synthetic, food grade lubricants specially formulated with very high levels of antioxidants to meet the most demanding requirements of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. They are suitable for a wide range of general-purpose applications including today’s modern high pressure, high-speed hydraulic systems and air tool lubrication. They are formulated with a unique combination of anti-wear agents, mild EP agents, rust inhibitors, and oxidation inhibitors which pass the tough Vickers 2000 psi pump wear test while still maintaining their food grade rating. The oxidation stability and anti-wear performance of these synthetic food grade lubricants is superior to most non-food grade lubricants on the market today. These synthetic lubricants have many applications including those calling for non detergent oils, bearing lubricants, non-EP type gear lubricants, air tool oils, electric motor lubricants, spindle lubricants, chain lubricants, and circulating system lubricants. The Cinnfluid AW+1 products are all USDA H1 rated (lubricants approved for incidental contact with food) and are suitable for food machinery applications where there might be the possibility of incidental contact with the food or its packaging materials.

Cinnfluid GB+1

products are multi-purpose, food grade lubricants, based on synthetic hydrocarbons, designed to give outstanding performance in heavy-duty industrial applications at very low and/or high temperatures. These products are especially designed for heavy-duty industrial applications involving high load conditions and extremely high operating temperatures. Their superior thermal and oxidation stabilities, coupled with outstanding anti-oxidants, far exceed the performance of conventional lubricants. Their naturally high viscosity indexes assure performance across a wide range of temperatures while their low inherent pour points assure performance at low temperatures unheard of with conventional petroleum lubricants. Cinnfluid GB +1 products maintain their performance benefits at conditions where most other products fail. They are available in many different viscosities grades to meet any need.

Cinn-Lube FG MPA

is an aerosol product. Is a food grade multi-purpose synthetic lubricant, specially suited for lubrication of chains, slides and bearings which require a lubricant with superior protection from rust, corrosion, oxidation and wear from high loads or high temperature conditions. It is suitable for high temperature ovens.

Dry Moly Lubricant

is a non-chlorinated, long lasting, dry film lubricant & coating for extreme temperatures & pressures which is particularly suitable for dirty or dusty environments. Reduces friction & wear. Inert to water, oil, alkali, and some acids. Leaves a dry lubricating surface. For use on bearings, gears, compressors, motors, chains, conveyors, etc. Adheres to metal, rubber, glass, & most plastics.

FG 1200 Synthetic Oven Chain & Bearing Lubricant

designed for use in high temperature ovens where a USDA H-1 lubricant is wanted or needed (acceptable for incidental food contact). It can be used in applications up to 240°C or 465°F.  It offers excellent anti-wear performance and oxidation resistance.

Foaming Chain & Cable Lubricant III

is an aerosol product. It is a rust protective, extreme pressure lubricant that penetrates to the core of the cable and chain.

Formula 63 X 74N Graphite Chain Lube

is a water-based lubricant specially designed for lubrication of high temperature oven chains such as those used in bakery ovens, paint curing ovens and other similar applications. It has no flash point, essentially eliminating any fire hazard. It can be applied to the chain at higher temperatures than kerosene-based lubricants or solvent-based lubricants, without severe smoke generation or fire generation concerns. Also beneficial is that the volatile material is not a hazardous solvent but merely water. The high level of graphite used in this product is a super premium synthetic grade with a very fine particle size. This greatly reduces the specific wear rates, under high load conditions, which are associated with lesser grades of graphite. Additional benefits are also achieved in the added ability of the graphite to remain in suspension and to penetrate to all load bearing surfaces of the chain.

Graphite Chain Lube #146

is a solvent based chain lubricant specially designed for lubrication of high temperature oven chains of the type used on bakery ovens and similar applications. It is an updated and improved lubricant over the “old style” kerosene and graphite mixtures used for over fifty years in the baking industry.  The premium grade graphite in Graphite Chain Lube #146 assures longer chain life, higher load carrying properties, and reduced energy costs. This product incorporates a special carrier fluid, which is much less hazardous to human health and the environment than the “old style” chain lubricants.

High Temperature Synthetic Lube 100

is formulated for uses where the lubricant is exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time. It is especially suited for use as an oven chain and bearing lubricant. It is also used for many other high and low temperature applications requiring a fluid with properties extending beyond those available with conventional mineral oils. High Temperature Synthetic Lube 100 has excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance. This product has excellent solvent properties resulting in its actually removing built up carbon and varnish deposits during its first few days of operation in a system that previously employed a conventional lubricant.

HT Chain Lube 41-S

is a special solvent-based chain lubricant that contains a unique synthetic additive. It is performs extremely well on most chains and is formulated to handle high temperatures. The solvent allows the synthetic additive to penetrate every part of the chain; then the solvent evaporates leaving an excellent high temperature performance film.

HT Moly Chain Lube 41-S

is a special solvent-based chain lubricant that contains a unique synthetic additive and molybdenum disulfide. It is performs extremely well on most chains and is formulated to handle high temperatures. The solvent allows the additives and moly to penetrate every part of the chain; then the solvent evaporates leaving an excellent high temperature moly containing film.

Moly Chain and Cable Lube Non Drip

is compounded with the highest quality base oils and additives. This dark gray lubricant has strong attraction to metals, assuring excellent lubrication of chains, sprockets, cables and wire rope. Moly Chain & Cable Lube Non Drip penetrates the rollers, pins, links and bushings of chains, leaving a lubricating film, and thus reducing friction, wear and corrosion. When applied to wire ropes and cables, this product will not only penetrate to the core, but the moly and other additives will plate the strands and provide anti-wear and rust protection. Moly Chain & Cable Lube Non Drip increases equipment life, reduces maintenance costs by reducing down time, and lowers power consumption. It can be used on material handling equipment, road and construction machinery, marine, railroad, mining, aircraft field handling, chain saws, cutter bars, conveyors, hoist chains, link and roller assemblies. It is available is several viscosities, making it useful in many different types of chain lubricating systems and application methods.

Red Spray Grease II

A special penetrating formula that sprays as a liquid to flush off old contaminated lubricant, creep deeply into working parts and then set up to a viscous, thick grease.

Synthetic Chain Lube 160

is a lubricant designed to deliver high performance, even at high temperatures, on most chains. Its synthetic formulation makes it perform varnish and carbon free. It has outstanding oxidation resistance and very good thermal stability. Synthetic Chain Lube 160 has excellent solvent properties resulting in actually removing built up carbon and varnish deposits during the first few days of operation in a system that previously employed a conventional chain lubricant.

Synthetic Chain Lube 285

is formulated for uses where the lubricant is exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time. It is especially suited for use as an oven chain and bearing lubricant. It is also used for many other high and low temperature applications requiring a fluid with properties extending beyond those available with conventional mineral oils. It has excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance. Synthetic Chain Lube 285 does not deposit residues.

Synthetic Oven Chain & Bearing Lubricant II

is designed for uses where the lubricant is exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time. Under such conditions, conventional mineral oils and greases and some synthetic lubricants evaporate rapidly, decompose, or oxidize severely. Synthetic Chain & Bearing Lubricant II has excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and extremely low volatility.

White Cote AW+1

products are food grade multi-purpose lubricants with exceptional oxidation stability. Their uses include today’s modern high pressure, high-speed hydraulic systems and many general-purpose lubricant applications. They are formulated with extra high levels of oxidation inhibitors, anti-wear agents, mild EP agents, and rust inhibitors which pass the Vickers 2000 psi pump wear test while still maintaining their food grade rating. The oxidation stability and anti-wear performance of these food grade lubricants is superior to most non-food grade lubricants on the market today. These oils have many applications other than as premium quality anti-wear hydraulic oils including those calling for non detergent oils, bearing lubricants, non-EP type gear lubricants, electric motor lubricants, spindle lubricants, chain lubricants, and circulating system lubricants. White Cote AW+1 products are available in a wide variety of viscosity grades.

White Cote SAE 80W-90 and 90-140 Non Drip

are food grade multi- viscosity, multi-purpose polymer type EP gear lubricants, which can be used in nearly all gearbox applications in food plants. The two products cover the whole normal range of requirements for food grade gear lubricants, resulting in simplification of lubrication procedures and inventory reduction. These products contain polymers designed to improve the natural adhesive and cohesive properties of the lubricant and to give it a wide, multi-viscosity, operating range. The special polymers improve on the oils natural ability to adhere to the gear and bearing surfaces under the most severe conditions and aid in reducing leakage. In addition, they also contain a unique combination of additives, which gives outstanding anti-wear and EP type performance.

White Mineral Oils (5,7,9) NF

are extremely highly refined white oils, which meet FDA and USDA H-1 requirements for lubricants, which can be used in direct contact with food products. They meet US FDA regulations under 21 CFR 178.3620 for indirect use in food. Their very low toxicity and their complete inertness to most materials make them appropriate for an extremely wide range of uses. They all meet the NF requirements for drug applications. They are colorless, odorless, nearly tasteless, non-toxic, transparent fluids of varying viscosity and are composed of complex mixtures of hydrocarbons of extremely high purity.

White Mineral Oils (19,21,35) USP

are extremely highly refined white oils, which meet FDA and USDA H-1 requirements for lubricants, which can be used in direct contact with food products. They meet US FDA regulations under 21 CFR 178.3620 for indirect use in food. Their very low toxicity and their complete inertness to most materials make them appropriate for an extremely wide range of uses. They all meet the USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) requirements for drug applications. They are colorless, odorless, nearly tasteless, non-toxic, transparent fluids of varying viscosity and are composed of complex mixtures of hydrocarbons of extremely high purity.
