White Cote HTP

is a special polymer structured white food grade grease with outstanding load carrying ability and superior high temperature performance. Its unique combination of properties allows this one grease to meet nearly all of the total requirements of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. White Cote HTP has a USDA H1 (lubricants for use with incidental food contact) rating and complies with the FDA regulations, CFR Title 21, Paragraph 178.3570. All materials used in its manufacture are of the highest purity and it is manufactured under strict and rigid control.

White Cote HTP is a heavy-duty performer with excellent rust, oxidation, and water resistance, and is specially formulated for high load carrying ability, tenacious adhesion, high temperature use, and wear reducing anti-wear performance. Its wide operating temperature range (0 – 400 ^o F) and high load carrying ability allow its use in nearly all applications. This exceptional multi-purpose food machinery grease finds use in a broad range of applications including the conventional lubricating grease functions as well as serving as a release agent, anti-rust agent, and gasket & seal material. White Cote HTP is available in NLGI 2, 1, 0, 00 and 000.

White Cote SAE 80W-90 and 90-140 Non Drip

are food grade multi- viscosity, multi-purpose polymer type EP gear lubricants, which can be used in nearly all gearbox applications in food plants. The two products cover the whole normal range of requirements for food grade gear lubricants, resulting in simplification of lubrication procedures and inventory reduction. These products contain polymers designed to improve the natural adhesive and cohesive properties of the lubricant and to give it a wide, multi-viscosity, operating range. The special polymers improve on the oils natural ability to adhere to the gear and bearing surfaces under the most severe conditions and aid in reducing leakage. In addition, they also contain a unique combination of additives, which gives outstanding anti-wear and EP type performance.

White Cote Super T-2

a superior multi-purpose food grade grease, specially formulated for moderate to high temperature applications where water or steam may be present.  It has outstanding water resistance, superior oxidation resistance and extremely high load carrying performance.

White Mineral Oils (5,7,9) NF

are extremely highly refined white oils, which meet FDA and USDA H-1 requirements for lubricants, which can be used in direct contact with food products. They meet US FDA regulations under 21 CFR 178.3620 for indirect use in food. Their very low toxicity and their complete inertness to most materials make them appropriate for an extremely wide range of uses. They all meet the NF requirements for drug applications. They are colorless, odorless, nearly tasteless, non-toxic, transparent fluids of varying viscosity and are composed of complex mixtures of hydrocarbons of extremely high purity.

White Mineral Oils (19,21,35) USP

are extremely highly refined white oils, which meet FDA and USDA H-1 requirements for lubricants, which can be used in direct contact with food products. They meet US FDA regulations under 21 CFR 178.3620 for indirect use in food. Their very low toxicity and their complete inertness to most materials make them appropriate for an extremely wide range of uses. They all meet the USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) requirements for drug applications. They are colorless, odorless, nearly tasteless, non-toxic, transparent fluids of varying viscosity and are composed of complex mixtures of hydrocarbons of extremely high purity.

Grease Guns

The Vari-Matic Grease Gun is a heavy-duty, variable stroke, lever grease gun for use in a wide variety of applications.  This grease gun can be loaded with a standard 14 ounce grease cartridge, or power loaded through the filler plug.

The Pistol-Matic Grease Gun is a one hand operated, high pressure grease gun, designed for hard to reach lubrication points.  Can be loaded with standard 14 ounce grease cartridge or power loaded through the filler plug.

Our Grease Gun Loader Pumps are designed for direct transfer of grease from a drum, keg or pail into a grease gun without the need for grease cartridges.

Barrel Pumps

The Heavy-Duty Barrel Pump is designed to efficiently pump a wide variety of liquid petroleum products. It produces a high vacuum for maximum pumping rate. It can be used on any size drum, 55 gallon, 30 gallon or 16 gallon.

HydroMaster 208

The HydroMaster 208 is a drum mounted, liquid proportioner. It automatically mixes liquid concentrates with water, and dispenses the proportioned solution into any container or reservoir.  The HydroMaster 208 simply attaches to a standard water hose. The siphon tube drop into the drum of the concentrate material, and draws the concentrate through a metering tip to produce the desired dilution ratio.

Automatic Grease Lubricators

Interlube Corporation fills Electro-Lubers with many greases. The Electro-Luber uses an electro-chemical reactor cell that converts electrical energy in nitrogen gas. As the gas is produced, internal pressure builds in the bellows, and is applied to the orange piston. The piston forces the grease out of the lubricator. The Electro-Lubers are waterproof to 30 feet, and can mounted up to 3 feet away from the lubrication point.  They can be set to be emptied from 15 days to 2 years by a switch inside the automatic applicator.

Perma Lubers are somewhat similar to the Electro-Lubers, but instead of switch to determine how many days until empty, the Perma Lubers use different activating screws. The yellow activating screw will empty the applicator in one month, the green in three months, the red in six months, and the gray in twelve months. Interlube Corporation can fill the Perma Lubers with many of our greases.

Fluid Liquid Dispensers

The Gear-Matic I is a high volume fluid lubricant dispenser for open head pails. It is designed to pump any liquid lubricant including motor oil, gear and transmission oil, hydraulic oil, etc.  The Gear-Matic II has all of the features of the Gear-Matic I in a larger unit to fit 16 gallon drums.
