Formula 5310 Asphalt Release Agent is a water-based lubricant concentrate with exceptional anti-adhesive and non-stick properties that make it especially effective as an asphalt release agent. It is completely water-soluble allowing it to dilute readily with water for ease of application. Formula 5310 is easily removed by rinsing with water. It is an excellent release agent for eliminating asphalt hang-up in trucks, equipment, etc. Formula 5310 can be applied by brush or spray utilizing automatic metering or premixed systems.
Asphalt Release Agent Formula 6686 NO is a biodegradable, water-soluble formulation designed with anti-adhesive and non-stick properties. It dilutes readily and completely with water, making application and cleaning very easy. It is an excellent release agent to eliminate asphalt hang-up in trucks, equipment, etc. It can be diluted to different ratios based on specific operating conditions. Formula 6686 NO is just as effective as the “old style” oil containing products, but is much less hazardous to human health and the environment because of its biodegradability. It can be applied by brush or spray using automatic metering or premixed systems.
Formula 6424 CRA is a high quality concrete release agent, designed for use in all types of concrete release applications. Its low surface tension and excellent wetting properties allow it to cover the desired forms completely. It has outstanding corrosion resistance and can even be used for some short-term corrosion protection.
Formula 5300 RRA is a water-based, biodegradable lubricant concentrate with outstanding anti-stick and anti-adhesive properties that make it an excellent rubber release agent. It is safe to use on all rubber polymers. Its liquid form dilutes readily and it is completely miscible with water. Dilutions ratios vary based on the specific application and type of rubber being worked with, but is usually in the range of 5:1 to 25:1. Formula 5300 RRA meets USDA H-1 quality per FDA specification 21 CFR 178.3570.
Petro White is a colorless, clear gel used in the coating of paint booths. It is designed for use with all types of paints and coatings. Because of its clarity, it is ideal for use on lighting fixtures inside of paint booths. Petro White allows light to emanate from the fixture while preventing the fixture from becoming covered with paint.
Booth Coating 8614D is a green colored, clear gel used in the coating of paint booths. It is designed for use with all types of paints and coatings. It can be applied with a spray system or can be brushed or rolled onto the surfaces of the paint booth.
Booth Grease 802 is a super heavy duty, polymer-containing grease that finds use as an outstanding booth coating. The polymers coat the surfaces of the booth very effectively making sure the paint has no chance to contact the booth surface even when applied in thin layers. When the booth coating is to be changed, simply scrape the booth coating from the surface. The paint will be removed along with the booth coating, leaving a paint-free surface underneath.
Formula 2204A is a white, film-forming, water-based booth coating. It is designed for use with all paints and works well with high solids formulations, conventional solvent-based coatings, and water based paints. As a water-based formulation, Formula 2204A has numerous advantages over solvent-based booth coatings, including easier clean up, no flash or fire point, and fewer environmental or safety concerns. It can be applied by using a spray system or by roller or brush.
Dry Release TeflonŽ Lubricant and Release Agent is a chemically inert, non-oily, fast drying aerosol lubricant and release agent made with extremely fine Teflon® particles. It features outstanding microscopic film forming properties and has a working temperature range of -100°F to +500°F. It leaves an odorless, stainless coating that is extremely slippery. It is excellent for reducing slow speed friction and is non-conductive when dry.
Food Grade Silicone Mold Release is a low viscosity aerosol formulation ideal for hot and cold molds for plastic injection, compression, and blow molding. It is non-staining and non-corrosive. It meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570.
Paintable Mold Release is a clear aerosol formulation that provides quick, clean releases in molding operations. It resists crazing and stress cracking and won’t smoke or mar clear plastics. It will not interfere with post-finishing operations.
